I really enjoy living here! The landlords are great. If there are any issues that happen, (which hardly happens) but they are extremely quick to respond! When I say quick it's the same day. The apartments are clean, and it is super quiet. I definitely would recommend living here!
I have lived at Meadowbrook since 2014. I have been well taken care of as far as any maintenance requests. Snow is removed promptly as well. The cleaning people keep the laundry room & hallways clean. Denise in the office is very friendly and she is always helpful.
We've been in the townhomes for 2 years and have no plans of going anywhere else anytime soon. It's a great neighborhood and we get turkeys that wander over from the country club, it's spacious and a great price, and management is super friendly and extremely responsive whenever we need something, including sometimes going above and beyond what we needed (Paying for the carpet to get shampooed after they fixed an issue with the washer overflowing). We love it here.
MeadowBrook Management was very helpful in the process of finding the right rental option for me. Before I moved in they renovated to upgraded appliances, new countertops, and new flooring. There have been very few times where I’ve had minor maintenance issues which are resolved quickly through contacting the management team at Meadowbrook. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet for it being close to I-29. Overall, I’d say it’s a budget friendly option for those wanting great management and affordability!
I moved into Meadowbrook Apartments last year in August. I was very happy to see that it was clean, quiet, and maintained well, which really lowered my stress level. Whenever anything needed to be fixed, which hardly ever occurred, it was done right away. The personnel always responded right away and I received my security deposit back in a matter of days, which was a huge relief! Overall, I made a great decision on moving into this place!!
